The Yono Vessel brings quiet strength in contrast. Painted on a matte black base, its organic curves hold Kader Boly’s signature linework—an energetic dance of gold, red, and ochre that references nature, spirit, and ritual. The compact gourd-inspired form speaks to heritage, while the layered marks tell a more modern, emotional story.

Kader’s intuitive practice is rooted in movement and memory, and Yono feels like a pulse frozen in time. Ideal as a focal point in a collected space, or as part of a personal gallery of sculptural forms.
