The Rovi Vessel holds a kind of poetic tension—rounded yet grounded, minimalist in form yet maximal in story. Its sculpted belly is brought to life by Kader Boly’s raw brushwork: sweeping lines and abstract figures in contrasting white and terracotta tones, evoking storytelling traditions passed down without words.

As with all pieces in this limited series, Rovi is both collaboration and canvas—a meeting point of craft and culture, meant to be held, displayed, and remembered.
