Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Tracking info is provided once the order has been shipped out. Please contact us if you have any issues.
Please note, orders can be delayed due to holidays and inclement weather. Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. Twenty Third by Deanne is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if incorrect or insufficient information was provided.

Let us know if you donât love your Twenty Third by Deanne products. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
We accept returns on select full-priced items excluding our Vintage Found Objects , Vessels, and Premium Pillow Insert. We accept returns and exchanges if contacted within 14 days from the date it was delivered. We do not accept returns exceeding the alotted time. All items must be returned to us in their original and unused condition with original packaging. There will be a 5% restocking fee per item returned.Â
Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and we do not refund shipping and handling fees. If you make this decision, please fill out the form (click here) or reach out to us through our email at  hello@twentythirdbydeanne.com so we can initiate the return. Items must be ship within a week after the return label was sent. Otherwise, return will only be eligible for store credit.
If your item arrives damaged, you have 48 hours to contact us through our website or at twentythirdbydeanne@gmail.com with pictures of the damage, and we will either issue a refund or send you a new item.Â
FINAL SALE. Twenty Third by Deanne cannot refund the sale price if the item is purchased before or after the time of our sale. All international orders outside of the United States are considered final sale.Â
Due to the vintage, one-of-a-kind nature of our rugs and found objects, they are final sale. All rug returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, with balance as store credit.
All shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping fee will also be deducted on orders that had free shipping.Â
