Shipping + Handling
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Tracking info is provided once the order has been shipped out. Please contact us if you have any issues.
Please note, orders can be delayed due to holidays and inclement weather. Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. Twenty Third by Deanne is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if incorrect or insufficient information was provided.
Return + Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. If order exceeds allotted time, only shop credit will be given.
All items must be returned in their original and unused condition with original packaging. There will be a $5 restocking fee per item returned. Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return.
Twenty Third by Deanne cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or gift card. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt.
If you make this decision, please fill out the form (click here) or reach out to us through our email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can initiate the return. If your item arrives damaged, you have 48 hours to contact us through our website or at email@example.com with pictures of the damage, and we will either issue a refund or send you a new item.
FINAL SALE. Twenty Third by Deanne cannot refund the sale price if the item is purchased before or after the time of our sale. Due to the vintage, one-of-a-kind nature of our rugs, all sales are considered final. All rug returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, with balance as store credit. All shipping charges will not be refunded.
Once returned, shipping fees (to and from) will be deducted on all orders that were eligible for free shipping.
Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every digital screen will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount code and they can only be used at time of checkout.
Please note discount codes do not apply to shipping. Gift cards can be purchased here.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Please note, some of our products are vintage items. This makes them one of a kind and slightly imperfect, just how we like it!
Our vintage items are thoroughly inspected and meet our high quality standards. Condition is already reflected in price.
