In the event that a product you have purchased online is not suitable, we’d be happy to help you facilitate a return.
To make a return, kindly contact us at email@example.com so we may provide you with the return instructions.
Upon receiving the return, we will process the refund to the original method of payment.
*We accept returns on select items (found on product description) within 14 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. If an order exceeds the allotted time, only a store credit will be given within 30 days from the date it is delivered.
We ship worldwide. International shipping may have additional duties to be paid by the customer depending on the country of destination.
We recommend using feather-filled inserts as this allows you to create the perfect fluff and create a karate chop effect on your favorite pillows. The 1"–2" bigger insert (vertical or horizontal) than the cover fits best with our pillows.
Pillow inserts are not included to keep shipping costs at the minimum. Also, people have different preferences; some already have pillows they love and just want to change it up. This is an easy and affordable way to do so.
We have pillows made from all over the world. We usually indicate it in the description.
In the event where there is only one (1) quantity left, it will not allow you to add more than one (1) quantity in your cart. All vintage items are very limited and mostly one-of-a-kind.
Vintage: We will not be able to restock the exact same design for our vintage pillows, but if similar designs become available, we will notify you.
All others: We are working hard to do another restock soon. You can join our email list to be the first to know when it is back in stock.
