Celebrating New Horizons with Ashlyn
We always enjoy getting to know like-minded people who share our love for design, and recently, we had the chance to spend time with Ashlyn at her home.
Known as @Davila_Home on Instagram, Ashlyn’s space is a reflection of her design philosophy: balanced, thoughtful, and full of character. It was the perfect setting to showcase our New Horizons collection, a curated selection of pieces that celebrates harmony in home decor.
As we moved through her home, Ashlyn shared her styling process. “It all starts with balance,” Ashlyn said. “I like to mix heights, taller objects with shorter objects, modern with more ornate objects, and warm tones with cooler tones.”

For Ashlyn, books are more than just reading material. “I think books are essential for any styling,” she says. On her coffee table, a stack of neutral books anchored a minimalist vase and a candle, creating a balanced yet inviting arrangement.

Perhaps her most important rule is one that takes practice to master: scale. “If an object is too small or too large for the space, it wouldn’t make sense,” she shared.
